Vertus
The UK’s Tallest BtR Building
Vertus, Canary Wharf’s Build-to-Rent developer, launched its landmark building – Newfoundland – in the first week following the release of social distancing guidelines in the UK in May 2021.
The target of the campaign was to showcase the strength of the London and Canary Wharf rental market, as well as promote Vertus’s offering, available apartments within Newfoundland and the spectacular design of the building.
Over 25 journalists attended the launch evening, with the following coverage generated leading to a number of serious leads and enquiries. Ahead of the launch a 12-month campaign focused on the introduction to Vertus, its other new developments and the benefits of renting in this prime area of London.
